Beauty Review: Peaches & Clean Coffee Exfoliant Scrub

If I could bathe in coffee I probably would. Strange, I know, but it makes me feel wonderful.

That is why I was so excited after receiving a special gift at the MANY6160 Blogger’s Brunch. It’s not a coffee bath, but it’s pretty close. Peaches and Clean Coffee Exfoliant Scrub is an all natural, invigorating pick me up that smells absolutely divine.

Opening the foil bag for the first time was like opening a bag of fresh coffee beans. The waft of ground coffee sent an instant buzz through my body, almost as if I’d had an espresso. The texture of the product is like most exfoliant scrubs; grainy, gritty and moist, but you tell by just looking at it that it is 100% natural.

Peaches & Clean owner/brilliant organic beauty chef Katrina makes all products by hand, and they contain no nasties. When we received our lovely brown paper package of coffee scrub we were informed it had been freshly made the day before – um, wow! Weren’t we lucky bloggers.

Since winter has already been so harsh my skin has taken a beating, so a quick facial scrub was exactly what I needed on this chilly evening. This product is simple – wet your face with warm water, apply the exfoliant and scrub – gently of course. I used a facial exfoliant pad and buffed winter from my skin. A messy process, but absolutely worth it. Post facial and my skin is feeling fresh, invigorated and that nasty dry patch between my eyebrows has disappeared. And my face smells like a cup of steaming hot brew.

The entire Peaches and Clean line is designed and created with sensitive skin in mind, and majority of Katrina’s products are vegan! Plus the company is 100% animal cruelty free. You can find the products online or at MANY6160 in Fremantle. No need to thank me.

What is your best winter skin care tip?
