What I Wore: Parks & Recreation

DRESS: ASOS, RING: Markets, BAG: Kmart Australia, FLATS: Kmart Australia, EARRINGS: Fashion Foundry, LIPSTICK: Maybelline Matte 6 Deep Red {EXACT MATCH}

I love a good ASOS sale, and when I noticed this fun floral print number was a mere $14 I knew I had to pull out the credit card and add it to my already overflowing floral dress collection. Floral has got to be my favourite print, and this orange and yellow number was the perfect choice for meeting my brand new baby niece over the weekend. On the way back from meeting her for the first time we stopped in this beautiful park for a wander (and a mini shoot of course). What I love most about this dress is the cut – it works perfectly for those like me who are curvy. The deep V neckline is wonderful for busty girls, it’s so flattering!

With a dress so bright I kept my accessories pretty tame, pairing my new Kmart bag and staple tan flats into the mix. This sunflower ring is another new favourite – I love a good statement ring, and who doesn’t love a flower on their hand?

I hope the sun stays around for a lot longer as I can see myself living in this dress for the rest of the season.

Are you a bargain hunter?

  2. You look GORGEOUS! And yes, ASOS is the bomb – saved my maternity arse that’s for sure. It is the place to go if you want to dodge the usual “Oh you’re up the duff – here, have some nautical themed, navy striped stretch jersey.”

    • There is def some form of floral for everyone hun! Give it a go – you may find a new favourite!!! ASOS is my weakness. I think I need to delete the app from my phone haha xx
