Six ways to detox your mind, body and soul for Spring and Summer

With the change of season now is the time to make a few changes in your life. Cleansing and cleaning your headspace, body, living space and social space can be exactly what you need to do to kick those Winter blues. I’ve compiled a list of six key areas of your life to get rearranging, revitalising and changing for the sunshine months. Christmas is a month away. I’m in pure shock. If anyone is able to tell me how and why the year has gone so quickly I’ll give you a prize. I’m not prepared at all.

If I had any idea how this year would pan out when I started my little spot on the internet I probably would have had a heart attack. Or at least a panic attack. Because the day I decided to really put some time and effort into my blog I didn’t realise that my little place of ranting and reviews would become so much more.

Spring has sprung! The first few days of this month were absolutely stunning, but I think Winter was jealous of all Spring’s glory, so a grey sky and rain have been back with fury. Just means my Spring dresses are still in the cupboard and I’ve had a chance to rock my jeans. This fortnight has been busy, although I will admit I spent Saturday catching up on sleep.

I learnt something about myself this week; even when I’m run down, exhausted and sick, I can’t sit still. To the point of being bed ridden and not being able to relax, pushing myself to try and finish a book, write a blog post and even attempt to bake a cake (um gross). I need to dedicate more time to nothing or I’m going to be grey by next year.
