14+ Days | Life Update

I’m writing this update from our new home friends. If you read my last life update my E was on the hunt for a new place, and here we are six weeks later in our “forever home”. What a whirlwind that was. More house stuff in a moment, but how have you all been lately? What is new? How beautiful is the sunshine? I’ve been pretty damn happy. A change is as good as a holiday, and being in our own home really is better than a holiday. E’s become an instant DIY queen. This girl is happy because I live in clothing that tick all three boxes. Take this two piece top and skirt combo modelled by the face of Target, Jessica Mauboy. The print is perfect for the sunshine and you can wear the pieces together or separately. And guess what!? The entire outfit comes in at under $65. Score! The two piece is very in …

Like It Local: Emily Muco

The first time I saw Emily Muco was way back when at the BLVD Markets held at the Boulevard Hotel in Floreat. Being the new blogger on block I didn’t really know who anyone was let alone the designers, but I remember noticing Emily in a brightly printed vintage style frock, standing near her rack of equally bright dresses.

#TPFF14 – it’s a wrap!

{L-R Adi & Sameera of Dynamique Blog, Me (!!), Vanessa of Nezuki and Hayley of Primping Perth. Photography by Sita of Precious S2 Photography} Wow. What a whirlwind of a weekend. The last few days saw Forrest Chase in the city transform into Fashion Central for the annual Telstra Perth Fashion Festival. Personally I couldn’t wait to get out and about and absorb our own mini fashion week.
